Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to design and set up your gym space effectively:

  • Layout Planning:

Begin by planning the layout of your gym. Consider factors such as equipment placement, traffic flow, and designated areas for different types of exercises (cardio, strength training, stretching, etc.). A well-organized layout ensures a seamless workout experience.

Invest in appropriate gym flooring. High-traffic areas, like weightlifting sections, should have durable, shock-absorbent flooring to protect both the equipment and users. Rubber flooring is a popular choice due to its durability and cushioning properties.

  • Mirrors and Wall Decor:

Strategically place mirrors on the walls to help members monitor their form and technique during workouts. Consider decorating the walls with motivational fitness quotes or artwork to create an inspiring atmosphere.
